A four-drug combination regimen consisting of **camrelizumab** (a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody), **capecitabine** (an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil, a cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agent), **oxaliplatin** (a platinum-based cytotoxic chemotherapy agent), and **apatinib** (a small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting VEGFR2). This combination leverages immune checkpoint blockade, cytotoxic chemotherapy, and anti-angiogenic therapy. It is being investigated primarily for the treatment of **advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma**, as well as in other solid tumors. It is not an approved treatment regimen in any market to date but has shown promising efficacy in phase II trials, especially as first-line therapy.
