Overview
A combination therapy regimen consisting of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), epirubicin (an anthracycline chemotherapy agent), and nab-paclitaxel (an albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel). This combination is primarily investigated as a neoadjuvant treatment for early triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen works through multiple mechanisms: camrelizumab blocks the PD-1 receptor to enhance immune response against cancer cells, epirubicin interferes with DNA and RNA synthesis, and nab-paclitaxel disrupts microtubule function to prevent cancer cell division.
