Camrelizumab + nab-paclitaxel + S-1

Camrelizumab + nab-paclitaxel + S-1 is a combination therapy used primarily in the neoadjuvant treatment of gastric cancer with serosal invasion. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Nab-paclitaxel is an albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel, a microtubule inhibitor that disrupts cell division, while S-1 is an oral fluoropyrimidine derivative combining tegafur (a prodrug of 5-fluorouracil) with two modulators to enhance efficacy and reduce gastrointestinal toxicity. The combination has demonstrated improved tumor regression rates and pathological complete response compared to chemotherapy alone, without increasing adverse effects or postoperative complications[1][2][5].
