Camrelizumab + Nivolumab + Pembrolizumab + Sintilimab

Recent approvals include pembrolizumab for HER2-positive gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (March 2025) and studies showing efficacy of camrelizumab combined with chemotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (February 2025). The combination of all four drugs together would likely cause excessive immune-related adverse events without additional therapeutic benefit, as they all target the same pathway.
