A combination therapy regimen consisting of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), oxaliplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy), and albumin-bound paclitaxel (a nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel). This combination leverages immunotherapy with traditional chemotherapy agents to potentially enhance antitumor activity through multiple mechanisms. Camrelizumab (SHR-1210) is an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that works by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, thereby enhancing T-cell immune responses against tumor cells[1]. Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that forms DNA adducts, inhibiting DNA replication and transcription, which leads to cell death[9]. Paclitaxel albumin-bound (also known as nab-paclitaxel or Abraxane) is a nanoparticle formulation of paclitaxel bound to albumin. This formulation eliminates the need for solvents like Cremophor EL, reducing hypersensitivity reactions and allowing higher doses to be administered[6][8][10]. Paclitaxel works as an antimicrotubule agent that promotes the assembly of microtubules and stabilizes them, inhibiting the normal dynamic reorganization of the microtubule network essential for cell division[10].
