This combination leverages both immunotherapy and chemotherapy mechanisms. Camrelizumab enhances immune-mediated tumor destruction, while oxaliplatin, tegafur, and capecitabine provide cytotoxic effects through DNA damage and inhibition of nucleotide synthesis. Such regimens are being explored for the treatment of various solid tumors including gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction cancer, colorectal cancer, and others[1][2][7].
