Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination of four anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies: camrelizumab, pembrolizumab, sintilimab, and tislelizumab. Each drug is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1) receptor on T cells. By blocking PD‑1, these agents prevent cancer cells from inactivating T cells via the PD‑L1/PD‑L2 pathway, thereby enhancing immune-mediated tumor cell killing. All four drugs are approved or in late-stage development for various cancers including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and gastric cancer. They have demonstrated similar efficacy and safety profiles as monotherapies or in combination with chemotherapy for advanced malignancies[1][7][9].
