camrelizumab + pemetrexed

Camrelizumab + pemetrexed is a combination therapy consisting of camrelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), and pemetrexed, an antifolate chemotherapy agent. This combination is used primarily in the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without EGFR or ALK genomic alterations.
