Camrelizumab + SHR9146 is a combination investigational therapy comprising **camrelizumab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death protein 1 (**PD-1**), and **SHR9146**, a small molecule inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (**IDO1**). Camrelizumab works by blocking the PD-1 receptor on T lymphocytes, thereby *enhancing immune-mediated destruction of tumor cells*. SHR9146 inhibits IDO-mediated tryptophan catabolism, thereby *reducing local immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and potentially enhancing the effects of immunotherapy*. This combination is primarily being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors that failed standard therapies. Both molecules were developed in China and have shown promising anti-tumor activity and manageable safety profiles in phase I trials[1][4][5].
