camrelizumab + sintilimab

Camrelizumab + sintilimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibody drugs, each targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. Both agents are immune checkpoint inhibitors that block PD-1, thereby preventing its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2. This blockade enhances T-cell mediated antitumor immunity by reversing tumor-induced immune suppression. Camrelizumab and sintilimab have been developed primarily for the treatment of various advanced malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma, gastric cancer, and other solid tumors. While both drugs are individually approved or in late-stage development for several indications in China, there is no evidence from current literature or clinical trials supporting their use together as a dual-PD-1 inhibitor regimen; rather, they are typically used separately or in combination with chemotherapy or antiangiogenic agents[6][9]. No unique brand name exists for this specific combination.
