CAMYO-02 is a long non-coding RNA-based therapeutic vaccine under development by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer. It is classified as an antineoplastic, cancer vaccine, immunotherapy, and RNA vaccine. The mechanism of action involves immunostimulation—specifically, it acts as an immunostimulant to provoke or enhance the body's immune response against tumor cells. As of late 2023 and early 2025 updates, its highest development phase is preclinical research in Belgium for triple-negative breast cancer[1][2].
