Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAMYO-06 is a preclinical mRNA-based cancer vaccine developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC). The vaccine leverages myNEO's proprietary 'camyotopes' technology, which identifies tumor-specific peptides (camyopeptides) derived from the 'dark genome' (amyoRNAs). These peptides are presented by MHC-I complexes on the surface of tumor cells. By delivering mRNA encoding these camyotopes, the vaccine is designed to stimulate a robust and specific CD8+ T-cell immune response against the cancer cells, addressing a significant unmet need in MSS-CRC patients who typically show poor response to standard checkpoint inhibitors.
