Overview

CAMYO-08 is an experimental mRNA-based cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics. It utilizes the company's proprietary "camyotopes" technology, which identifies tumor-specific peptides derived from the "dark genome" (non-coding regions of DNA). These camyotopes are predicted to be presented by MHC-I complexes, thereby eliciting a robust CD8+ T-cell response against tumor cells. As of early 2024, CAMYO-08 is in the discovery phase, with its specific primary indication yet to be announced.
