Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAMYO-09 is an mRNA-based cancer vaccine currently in the discovery phase, developed by myNEO Therapeutics. The vaccine leverages the company's proprietary 'camyotopes' platform, which identifies tumor-specific peptides derived from non-coding regions of the 'dark genome' (amyoRNAs). These camyotopes are presented by MHC-I complexes to specifically activate and recruit CD8+ T-cells, aiming to induce a targeted immune response against tumor cells. While the specific clinical indications for CAMYO-09 have not yet been disclosed, the program is part of a broader pipeline of personalized and off-the-shelf cancer immunotherapies.
