Overview

CAN105 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody being developed by CANbridge Pharmaceuticals (also known as Beihai Kangcheng) for the treatment of hemophilia A. Hemophilia A is a rare hereditary hemorrhagic disorder caused by a deficiency or defect in clotting factor VIII (FVIII). As a bispecific antibody, CAN105 is designed to address the unmet medical needs of patients with hemophilia A, potentially by mimicking the cofactor function of FVIII in the coagulation cascade. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is part of CANbridge's pipeline of assets targeting rare diseases.
