Overview

CAN107 is a monoclonal antibody that functions as a fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) antagonist. It is being developed by CANbridge Life Sciences and its affiliates for the treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH) and related hypophosphatemic disorders. The drug works by blocking FGF23, a hormone involved in phosphate regulation, thereby addressing the underlying cause of low phosphate levels seen in XLH and similar conditions. As of June 2025, CAN107 remains in preclinical development[1][2].
