Canlim Capsules (also known as Canelim Capsules or Pingxiao Capsules) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) anticancer preparation developed and marketed by Xian Zhengda Pharmaceutical. It is officially authorized and approved in China as an adjuvant therapy for oncology indications, including breast cancer, and is listed in China's State Basic Medicinal Insurance Drugs catalogue. The formulation consists of a mixture of traditional Chinese herbs, including Strychnos nux-vomica, Curcuma wenyujin, Agrimonia pilosa, Toxicodendron vernicifluum, Trogopterus dung, alumen, potassium nitrate, and Citrus aurantium. It is administered orally and is used to inhibit tumor growth, reduce tumor size, relieve cancer pain, and enhance immune function, often in combination with radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
