Overview
Cannabisblüten (cannabis flowers) refers to the standardized, dried inflorescences of the *Cannabis sativa* L. plant, produced by Bedrocan for medicinal use. These botanical products contain a complex profile of cannabinoids, primarily delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), along with various terpenes. They are used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) or directly by patients via inhalation (vaporization) or oral administration (tea). In Germany, they are regulated under the German Pharmacopoeia (DAB) and are approved for the treatment of chronic pain, spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and other conditions where standard treatments are insufficient.
