Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cannabis sativa L. inflorescence (CBD dominant) is a medical cannabis flower product developed by Canndoc, an Israeli medical cannabis company. It is a whole-plant, dried cannabis flower (inflorescence) modality — not an extract or synthetic compound — with cannabidiol (CBD) as the dominant active ingredient, alongside other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes. As a medical cannabis flower, its primary biological targets include the endocannabinoid system receptors (CB1 and CB2), as well as other receptors modulated by CBD such as TRPV1 and serotonin receptors. The indications associated with this product — inherited from Canndoc's corresponding CBD-dominant oil formulations — include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cancer pain, multiple sclerosis spasticity, epilepsy, adult epilepsy, and severe uncontrolled epilepsy in minors. It is a regulated medical cannabis product available in Israel through Canndoc's licensed cultivation and distribution framework.
