CannQuit-O

**CannQuit-O** is an investigational oral fixed-dose small-molecule combination developed for **opioid use disorder**. Incannex acquired the CannQuit assets from APIRx Pharmaceuticals in 2022 and subsequently advanced CannQuit-O through a U.S. FDA pre-IND meeting completed on May 7, 2024. The product is a water-soluble chewable tablet designed with FDA-approved polymers to provide rapid and sustained release of cannabidiol and undisclosed opioid agonist and antagonist active ingredients.
