Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CANVAC DHPPiL + R is an approved veterinary combination vaccine developed by Dyntec spol. s r.o. for the active prophylactic immunization of dogs. It is designed to protect against a broad spectrum of canine pathogens, including canine distemper virus, infectious hepatitis, infectious laryngotracheitis, canine parvovirosis, canine parainfluenza, leptospirosis (caused by serovars L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. grippotyphosa, and L. sejroe), and rabies. The vaccine is supplied in two parts: a lyophilized component (DHPPiL) containing attenuated live viruses and inactivated Leptospira, and a liquid component (R) containing inactivated rabies virus. Upon reconstitution, the vaccine is administered subcutaneously to stimulate the animal's immune system to produce a protective response against these specific viral and bacterial infections.
