This is a combination of two drugs, capecitabine and ivermectin. Capecitabine is an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), used as an antineoplastic agent for the treatment of various cancers, including colorectal, breast, gastric, esophageal, and pancreatic cancer[8][10]. Ivermectin is a macrocyclic lactone with antiparasitic activity and has also been investigated for antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects[2][7]. There is no widely recognized or approved use for this specific combination in clinical practice. The combination "capecitabine + ivermectin" does not appear in major drug databases or clinical guidelines as a standard therapy.
