Capmatinib + cetuximab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of capmatinib, a selective small molecule inhibitor of the MET proto-oncogene receptor tyrosine kinase, and cetuximab, a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The combination is being studied to overcome resistance to EGFR monoclonal antibody therapies in patients with KRAS wild-type, MET-positive metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have progressed on prior anti-EGFR treatment.
