Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-108 is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Topmunnity Therapeutics. It is designed to target and inhibit Programmed death-ligand 1 (PDL1). This immunotherapy is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of neoplasms and specifically for triple-negative breast cancer. The therapy aims to leverage the patient's own immune cells, engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing PDL1, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
