Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-iNK 003 is an early-stage, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed. The candidate is engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) to recognize tumor-associated antigens and mediate cytotoxic killing of malignant cells. While the specific antigen target has not been publicly disclosed, the program is part of a pipeline targeting solid tumors and hematological malignancies, including lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, and B-cell lymphoma. As of 2024, CAR-iNK 003 is in the early research phase of development.
