CAR-iNK 004

CAR-iNK 004 is an investigational cell therapy consisting of natural killer (NK) cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Developed by ThinkingBiomed, the candidate is part of a pipeline utilizing a proprietary iPSC-to-NK differentiation platform to create standardized, off-the-shelf immunotherapies. While the specific tumor-associated antigen targeted by CAR-iNK 004 has not been disclosed, the program is intended for the treatment of various malignancies, including solid tumors like lung, liver, and colorectal cancers, as well as hematological cancers such as B-cell lymphoma.
