CAR-iNK 007 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy under development by ThinkingBiomed. The candidate is engineered to express a CAR to recognize tumor-associated antigens and mediate cytotoxic killing of malignant cells. As an iPSC-derived product, it is intended to provide an "off-the-shelf" allogeneic treatment option, potentially overcoming the limitations of patient-specific autologous therapies. It is currently in the early research/preclinical stage for the treatment of various solid and hematological cancers, including lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, and B-cell lymphoma.
