Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-NK 001 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy under development by ThinkingBiomed. The candidate is engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor that enables NK cells to recognize and eliminate tumor cells. As an iPSC-derived product, it is designed for off-the-shelf use, potentially offering advantages in scalability and standardization compared to primary NK cell therapies. It is currently in the preclinical validation stage for the treatment of various malignancies, including lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, and B-cell lymphoma.
