Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-NK 002 is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy being developed by ThinkingBiomed. The therapy utilizes iPSCs as a starting material to generate a standardized, "off-the-shelf" population of NK cells engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor to target tumor-associated antigens. Currently in the preclinical validation stage, CAR-NK 002 is intended for the treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies, including lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, and B-cell lymphoma. The specific antigen target for this candidate has not been publicly disclosed.
