Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-NK IND Pipeline 6 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by BioCreatrix in collaboration with CBiolab. The therapy involves engineering NK cells to express a tri-specific CAR that targets three unspecified tumor-anchoring antigens. This multi-antigen targeting strategy is intended to increase the precision of tumor cell recognition and reduce the likelihood of immune evasion through antigen loss. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase for the treatment of various cancers, leveraging the innate cytotoxicity of NK cells enhanced by targeted CAR engineering.
