Overview

This refers to a suite of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies developed and investigated by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital for the treatment of various relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematological malignancies. The program includes constructs targeting common B-cell antigens such as CD19, CD20, and CD22, as well as potentially other targets relevant to myeloid and T-cell malignancies. These therapies involve the genetic modification of a patient's own T cells to express a CAR that recognizes specific tumor-associated antigens, leading to targeted cell lysis. The clinical program evaluates safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy across a broad range of indications including B-cell lymphoma, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), multiple myeloma, B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), T-cell lymphoma, and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
