CAR-T cells targeting CD19 + CAR-T cells targeting CD22 + CAR-T cells targeting CD20 is an investigational, sequential multi-antigen chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy regimen developed by Beijing Boren Hospital. This approach involves the sequential administration of three distinct autologous CAR-T cell products, each engineered to target a specific B-cell surface antigen: CD19, CD22, and CD20. The rationale behind this triple-targeting strategy is to mitigate the risk of relapse caused by antigen loss or escape, which is a common limitation of single-target CAR-T therapies. The regimen is primarily being evaluated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), particularly in patients who have experienced relapse following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
