Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is an investigational, site-specific sequential **autologous CAR-T-cell therapy regimen** developed at Zhejiang University for adults with newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It consists of separately manufactured CAR-T-cell products directed first against **CD19** and subsequently against **CD22**, two B-cell surface antigens expressed by leukemic blasts. The regimen was studied with dasatinib in the completed single-center NCT04788472 trial; dasatinib is a concomitant therapy and is not an intrinsic component of the CAR-T-cell product regimen. No INN, commercial brand name, or single sponsor development code for the complete sequential CD19/CD22 CAR-T regimen has been identified.
