CAR-TaNK

**CAR-TaNK** is Exuma Biotech's proprietary preclinical CAR-cell-therapy platform rather than one uniquely defined drug product. It uses autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells loaded ex vivo with a CD3-directed lentiviral vector and administered subcutaneously; this approach is intended to generate tertiary lymphoid structures and expandable CAR-positive T and natural killer-like cells with a CD3-positive, CD8-positive, CD56-positive, NKG2D-positive phenotype. Public preclinical reports describe separate CAR-TaNK configurations directed to **CD19** or **CD22** for B-cell malignancies, so the term alone does not identify a single CAR construct or active cellular product.
