Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR19-T Cell Engager is an engineered biologic protein designed to enhance the anti-tumor activity of CAR19 T cells against solid tumors. This multi-antigen targeting engager protein binds simultaneously to tumor antigens, specifically IL13Rα2 and B7-H3, present on cancer cells. Concurrently, it engages and activates CD19-CAR T cells via its CD19 extracellular domain, while also providing crucial costimulatory signals through incorporated CD58 binding domains. The construct is further armored with a monomeric TGFβR2 protein, which is intended to counteract tumor-mediated immunosuppression and improve T cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation, thereby amplifying the therapeutic efficacy of CAR19 T cells.
