Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CAR1922T2 T cells** are an investigational, dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy designed to recognize **CD19** and **CD22**, two B-cell lineage antigens commonly expressed in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The engineered CAR-T product incorporates a Toll-like receptor 2-containing signaling design intended to augment T-cell activation and antitumor activity. It is being evaluated by Tongji Hospital as a single intravenous infusion following lymphodepleting therapy for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
