Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR19TIF is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting CD19. It is engineered with knockouts of the BCOR and ZC3H12 genes, which are intended to confer "immortal-like and functional" characteristics to the T cells, enhancing their expansion and persistence and reducing T cell exhaustion. This therapy is being evaluated for safety and efficacy in patients with refractory/relapsed B-cell Lymphoma and B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL).
