CAR7-T

CAR7-T is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy that utilizes T cells engineered to express a CAR targeting the CD7 antigen, which is highly expressed on malignant T cells in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and certain T-cell lymphomas[9][3][1][5]. CAR7-T is designed to selectively recognize and destroy CD7-positive cells, including cancerous T cells, by redirecting the host immune system.
