Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of carboplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy), Endostar (recombinant human endostatin), and vinorelbine (a vinca alkaloid). This combination targets cancer through multiple mechanisms: carboplatin interferes with DNA replication, Endostar inhibits angiogenesis, and vinorelbine blocks cell division by disrupting microtubules. It is primarily used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).
