carboplatin + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + epirubicin + paclitaxel + pembrolizumab

This is a combination chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimen that combines multiple cytotoxic agents (carboplatin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, epirubicin, paclitaxel) with the immune checkpoint inhibitor pembrolizumab (Keytruda). Pembrolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, enhancing T-cell response against cancer cells. The chemotherapy agents work through different mechanisms: carboplatin forms DNA crosslinks, cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent, doxorubicin and epirubicin are anthracyclines that intercalate DNA, and paclitaxel is a taxane that stabilizes microtubules.
