carboplatin + pemetrexed + dostarlimab

A triple combination regimen consisting of **carboplatin** (a platinum-based chemotherapy), **pemetrexed** (an antifolate antineoplastic agent), and **dostarlimab** (an anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody immunotherapy). Carboplatin induces tumor cell death by crosslinking DNA and inhibiting DNA replication and transcription. Pemetrexed impedes tumor growth by inhibiting folate-dependent enzymes necessary for DNA and RNA synthesis. Dostarlimab blocks the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, lifting immune suppression and enabling immune-mediated tumor cytotoxicity.
