However, the high toxicity profile has raised questions about the clinical utility of this specific three-drug combination[1][5]. ## Dosing and Administration In clinical trials, the regimen was typically administered as follows: - Pemetrexed: 500 mg/m² intravenously on day 1 of a 3-week cycle - Carboplatin: AUC=5 intravenously on day 1 of a 3-week cycle - Sorafenib: 200 mg orally twice daily continuously Patients also received supplementation with folic acid and vitamin B12 to reduce pemetrexed-related toxicities, as well as steroid premedication[4][5].
