This is a combination regimen consisting of three drugs: **carelizumab** (a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-1/PD-1), **nab-paclitaxel** (a nanoparticle albumin-bound formulation of the microtubule inhibitor paclitaxel), and **apatinib** (a small-molecule inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2/VEGFR-2). Carelizumab is an immunotherapy that blocks the PD-1 pathway to enhance immune-mediated anticancer activity. Nab-paclitaxel disrupts cell division by stabilizing microtubules, while apatinib inhibits angiogenesis by blocking VEGFR-2 and downstream signaling pathways. This combination, though not widely reported together as a single regimen, is theoretically intended to generate synergistic antitumor effects through simultaneous immune checkpoint inhibition, chemotherapy, and antiangiogenic mechanisms.
