CARIS-101

CARIS-101 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Caris Healthcare, the therapeutic development arm of Caris Life Sciences. The program is focused on the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine sarcomas. CARIS-101 was identified and developed using Caris's proprietary discovery engine, which leverages large-scale molecular profiling and clinical-genomic data to identify novel, tumor-specific surface targets. As an ADC, the molecule is designed to selectively bind to its target antigen on cancer cells and internalize to release a potent cytotoxic agent, thereby maximizing anti-tumor activity while minimizing systemic toxicity. As of early 2025, the specific target antigen and payload components remain undisclosed.
