Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Carminal is an oral liquid herbal supplement developed by Laboratorios Catalysis, S.L., specifically formulated to support the treatment of *Helicobacter pylori*-associated gastritis. The product utilizes a proprietary Molecular Activation Technology (MAT) to enhance the biological activity and antioxidant capacity of its ingredients, the primary of which is *Aloe vera* extract. Carminal is designed to exert anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and cytoprotective effects on the gastric mucosa. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials (such as NCT07179237) as an adjunct to standard *H. pylori* eradication therapy to improve bacterial clearance rates, accelerate the healing of the gastric lining, and mitigate symptoms associated with gastric inflammation.
