Overview

CarnoSyn SR is a patented, sustained-release formulation of the non-essential amino acid beta-alanine, developed by Natural Alternatives International, Inc. (NAI). As a precursor to carnosine synthesis, it effectively increases muscle carnosine levels, which serves as an intracellular pH buffer and antioxidant.
