Overview

CART-ANT308 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Cambium Oncology. This cell therapy is engineered to target the Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) / VPAC receptor axis, a signaling pathway that plays a critical role in tumor growth, immune evasion, and the regulation of the tumor microenvironment. By redirecting a patient's T cells to recognize and eliminate cells expressing components of the VIP/VPAC axis, CART-ANT308 is intended to treat both hematological malignancies and solid tumors. Specifically, the program is currently in the discovery stage for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
