CART-PSMA cells are a type of autologous T-cell therapy engineered to express a Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) that specifically targets Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA). These modified T cells are designed to recognize and eliminate cancer cells that express PSMA. The drug is currently being developed by Nova Therapeutics LLC for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
