Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CART30 is a CD30-directed Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. It is designed to treat CD30-positive lymphomas, including Hodgkin's lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, by targeting the CD30 antigen on tumor cells. A specific academic product, HSP-CAR30, is a modified version of CART30 that targets a proximal epitope within the nonsoluble part of CD30 and is manufactured with the addition of interleukin-21 (IL-21) to IL-7 and IL-15 to promote the stemness of T cells, aiming to improve efficacy and durable responses.
