Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cartigenix HP is a proprietary botanical dietary supplement developed by Calroy Health Sciences, LLC, designed to support joint health and cartilage metabolism. It features a patent-pending blend called RestorCel, which consists of standardized extracts of Boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense) and wild celery seed (Apium graveolens). The formulation is standardized to specific bioactive constituents, including boswellic acids, serratol, tirucallic acids, apiin, bergapten, and seselin. It targets inflammatory pathways and biomarkers of cartilage degradation to alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis, such as pain and stiffness, and to promote cartilage regeneration. Clinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in improving physical function and reducing pain scores in patients with osteoarthritis.
